Month 3: Thirty-one ways to spend May days

May brought my first major break with a 4 day weekend near the start. I jumped at the opportunity to explore a bit more of the country and headed to Busan for a mini vacation. I climbed to Seokbulsa Temple and experienced a jjimjilbang for the first time too. New foods galore as I tried traditional Korean dishes and made some classics that are typically harder to make in Korea. Hanging with Canadian friends in Seoul, taking in the weather, and a furry new friend at school are all part of the first month of summer.
